Q: Rather than have items shipped to me, can I pick them up?
Yes. There are certain items like flares and fire extinguishers that can only be picked up from the store. If you would like to save on shipping fees, you can request to pick up your items in the store during our regular hours. Please indicate this on the 'shipping method' menu.
Q: Will my credit card still be charged if I choose to pick up my merchandise from the store rather than have it shipped?
Yes. To ensure that customers pick up their items, we need to charge them for it as they have purchased it online. It is only fair to other customers who may want to purchase items that people are not picking up.
